HNB Development Festival beginning July 17th
Fredericton, NB – July 17, 2023 – 240 male and female hockey players, in three divisions have been invited to participate in the Hockey New Brunswick Development Festival beginning July 17th. The camps will run over two weeks in Fredericton at the University of New Brunswick campus.
From the players invited, players will be selected in the Male Under-14, Male Under-15, Female Under-14, and Female Under-16 divisions to compete against the other Atlantic branches at the Atlantic Challenge Cup, held in Moncton on Thanksgiving weekend. The Male Under-16 division will compete in the QMJHL Cup during Thanksgiving weekend in Moncton.
Each of the summer camps will feature inter-squad games each evening, as well as daily practices, fitness testing, and presentations from guest speakers on topics including fitness, mental preparation, and nutrition.
