Returning Officials

This season, if you have been a registered official within the past 2 seasons, we are providing our recertification clinics online. If you have been out of officiating for more than 2 seasons, you will be considered new and should check out the new officials section. For returning officials check out the instructions page below, read all the steps and start your recertification. Make sure you read all the COVID information links attached to your email when you complete the course.
You must pick the Clinic for the Level you are. No level upgrades.
The NBHOA has designed a new crest for your jersey. You will receive a crest when you register, it must be on your jersey before December 31, 2020.
If you are 18yrs old or older by December 31, 2020 and your Criminal Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Check has expired you will need a new one submitted at time of registration.
When you access your eHockey online account for clinics. at the bottom of the participant profile page, you will be able to check your Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check status, whether its current and/or its due date. If expired or expiring before December 31, 2020 please start the process immediately it needs to be updated. If you need a letter for the police agency, you can find it here. You will NOT be permitted to officiate until complete and submitted. For questions, contact your local Referee in Chief.
Referee in Chiefs are only accepting digital membership registration forms and record checks. No pictures, digital files or scanned files only.
