| July 1 | Hockey Canada Registry Access and E-Learning Clinic Access available from the HNB office |
| October 15 | Team membership deadline to the HNB. League application must include appropriate membership form, fee, constitution, and schedule and playoff format. Team application must include appropriate membership form and fee. |
| October 31 | Deadline to submit Notice of Amendments to NBJHC Operations Manual for Semi Annual meeting. |
| Important |
All players and bench staff must be pre-registered and on a 'HCR approved' team roster prior to competing in their first league game. Subsequent team rostering of players/bench - they must have the team roster approved prior to participating in a game. HCR team rosters are reviewed for approval until 4:00 p.m. each Friday. |
| December 15 | Adult Recreational league membership deadline. Deadline for a team to file its Application for Affiliation and submit same with fee to HNB office. |
| January 10 | Senior teams must reduce their HCR roster to no more than 25 player allocations |
| January 10 | After this date, a player may play no more than 5 games as an affiliate and revert to his lower category |
| January 15 | Deadline to sign Special Affiliate Player to HCR Team Roster |
| January 20 | HNB Fundraiser Draw |
| February 10 | Final player rostering date Final date for player transfers |
| March 31 | Deadline to submit Notice of Motion to amend the HNB Constitution and Notice of Amendment for the NBJHC Operation Manual |
